Altar Servers Ministry

Altar Servers play a vital role in assisting our priests and deacons during Mass, helping to create a reverent and beautiful liturgy. This is a wonderful opportunity for young members of our parish to grow in faith, leadership, and service If your child has received their First Holy Communion and feels called to serve, we warmly invite them to join this special ministry. Ladies of the Altar Ministry

Ladies of the altar make sure all the linens used in the celebration of the Eucharist are cleaned and ironed. All cleaning is done in the privacy of your own home.

Bereavement Ministry

The Bereavement Ministry invites those who have lost a loved one to participate and experience the support of others through scripture, prayer and reflection with the healing of Christ. Please call 561-795-4321 for meeting dates and for further information.

St. Rita Council of Catholic Women

The St. Rita C.C.W. welcomes all women of our parish to join us in Sisterhood, Friendship and Love as we come together to grow spiritually and serve God by serving others. Please check the bulletin for the dates and times of the meetings.

Divine Mercy Prayer Group

The Divine Mercy Prayer Group meets every Wednesday morning after the 8:30am Mass to pray together the Divine Mercy Chaplet. Everyone is welcome to join us.

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion Ministry

The Extraordinary Ministers help the priest administer the Body and Blood of Christ. All interested must be interviewed by one of our priests and attend mandatory workshops.

Health & Wellness Ministry

Our Health and Wellness Ministry works together to promote health for the whole person – body, mind and spirit through health education that promotes healthy living and disease prevention.

Homeless Ministry

The mission of our Homeless Ministry is to put our faith into action by providing meals to all those in our community and to restore hope and dignity for all people so they may be all that God intended them to be.

St. Rita Knights of Columbus

Our Knights of Columbus is open to all men of our parish and it seeks to promote close ties of fraternity among all members. Faith, fellowship and philanthropy are our distinguishing marks as we sponsor activities for spiritual, charitable, education and social welfare of our parishioners. Lectors Ministry

The Lector Ministry assist at Mass by reading eh the First and Second Readings at the Mass as you seek to make God present in the Liturgy of the Word for our Parish community.

Music Ministry

Our Music Ministry adds beauty and solemnity to the liturgy and assists and encourages the singing of the congregation. Singers should have a good voice with the ability to stay in pitch.

The Order of Christian Initiation for Adults (O.C.I.A.)

Our O.C.I.A. is for any adult who is interested in learning more about the Catholic Faith and Continuing Conversion of the Sacraments of Holy Eucharist and Confirmation. We invite you to participate in the 2025-2026 yearly program and receive your Sacraments at the Easter Vigil on Saturday, April 4, 2026. Additionally, if anyone would like more information about the Catholic Faith, we will be happy to share our faith with you. Please call 561-795-4321 for further information.

Prayer Group Charismatic Ministry

This prayer group seeks to encourage people to live life in union with the Holy Spirit. We meet weekly to praise and worship the Lord, read scripture and allow the Holy spirit to flow through us as you experience the dynamic love of the Lord. It meets on Tuesday evenings at 7pm in the Chapel and all are invited to attend.

St. Rita Respect Life Ministry

St. Rita Respect Life Ministry acknowledges that all life is precious and a gift from God from conception to a natural death. We pray as witnesses of our faith to bring awareness about the Sanctity of Life issues, inform our parishioners of legislation regarding the sanctity of life and encourage people to support crisis centers of Catholic Charities of our Diocese.

St. Vincent de Paul Ministry

The society’s volunteers – Vincentians – assist those in our St. Rita Parish community who are temporarily without financial resources to meet certain basic needs.

St. Rita Ushers

Our St. Rita Ushers ensure all feel welcome to praise and worship God by providing a warm welcome, assist with seating, help with the smooth progress of Holy Communion and distribute parish bulletins at all Masses. This ministry is open to men, women and teens with a willingness to serve.

The Junior Legion of Mary - Our Lady of Grace

The Junior Legion of Mary’s apostle ministries mission is the spiritual growth and holiness of its young members (ages 5 to 17) preparing them to be lay apostles within our Catholic faith by cultivating a devotion to the Blessed Mother that leads them to her son Jesus. This happens by engaging them in spiritual and corporal works of mercy in the name of Mary. The Junior Legion meets on Mondays at 5:00 in the church chapel and follows the public-school schedule.
